Rubber molding processes form uncured rubber and other elastomers into finished products. At Snowlucky Rubber, we offer the two methods of rubber molding: Compression Molding & Injection Molding.

What is Extrusion?

An extrusion is a part that is made by pushing material through a die to produce a unique cross-section. Common shapes include round, square, and hollowed-out shapes. However, the extrusion process can also include developing products with unique cross-sectional profiles and complex rubber extrusion profiles. Extrusions can be continuous or produced in several pieces and can be used in various sealing-related applications.

Splicing can provide a great cost saving option when compared to the costs of developing the tooling required to mold solid, one-piece parts. rings or other custom made rubber product that require hot vulcanized or cold bond splicing, we have the equipment, bonding materials and personnel to get the job done right, and meet your specific requirements.
