模压成型方法

压缩成型
压缩成型是用模压机的压缩力和热量将未固化的橡胶形成所需的形状和尺寸。该过程涉及将橡胶预制件（即一定数量的橡胶材料）封闭到模腔中。在模具内，材料加热并固化，这使得即使从模具中取出也保持其形状。
传递模塑
与其他类型的成型工艺的主要区别在于传递成型是在封闭模具系统中进行的。未固化的橡胶被放置在加热模具的中心，然后通过浇口孔推入封闭模具的空腔中。一旦材料固化，打开模具，取出成品零件
注塑成型
